By registering as a buyer ("Buyer") with Insurance Vehicle Access, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Sale Policy and the following Auction Rules. Insurance Vehicle Access reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the Buyer. All Terms and Conditions displayed on IVACars.com website become part of the Buyer Agreement.

REGISTRATON
Eligibility: IVACars.com is open to all national and international public. Individuals wishing to register must be 18 years of age or older and must meet all requirements imposed by federal, state, and local government laws and regulations of the United States and their respective country residence. IVA reserves the right to deny or cancel membership of any individual at its discretion.
Registration: Any individual wishing to place bids on IVACars must fully complete the Buyer Registration Form, Submit Notarized Proof of Identity(driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.), and Submit Notarized signed IVA Terms of Sale Policy.
Account Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for all transactions on their account, including, without limitation, all bids submitted to IVACars.com using the login name and password of the buyers. Accounts cannot be transferred.
Membership Cancellation: IVA reserves the right to suspend or revoke the bidding and buying privileges of a Buyer for any reason.
Bid Cancellation: IVA may, at any time, postpone or cancel an item listed for sale. IVA will be neither liable or obligated to the buyer as a result of the postponement or cancellation of the item.
Bid Rejection: IVA reserves the right to reject or void bids at any time for any reason.

PAYMENT AND PICKUP
Fees: A Buyer fee will be charged for each vehicle sold. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to verify fees charged by IVA prior of incurring such charges. All fees are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Payment for any vehicle awarded is due 2 days as of the day offer is accepted, before 1:00pm EST. Vehicles not paid within the specified time will be subject to a Late fee of $50 per day.
Renege Fee: In the event a buyer reneges on an already awarded vehicle, Buyer agrees to pay any and all collection fees, including attorney fees and costs. The Buyer's Account will be suspended until payment is received. Any Buyer that reneges a second time will lose his Bidding privileges.
Vehicle Pickup: Vehicles may not be picked up until after full payment for the vehicle has been made. Vehicles must be picked up within 6 days. If not picked up within specified timeframe, storage fees will be charged per day, per vehicle. Vehicles may only be picked up during distribution center hours.

REFUNDS
Refunds:If you are the highest bidder and we are unable to acquire the vehicle your deposit is either kept for the next offer or refunded upon request. The customer must request his refund in writing, via e-mail or fax, to the billing department. Request for refunds must include: Customer's Account Name; Address; Contact Phone Number; a scanned or faxed copy of the receipt obtained by bank at time the wire or deposit was made.
Refunds are processed weekly. Once the customer requests the refund, the refund is usually done within 30-60 days. The customer must be aware that the fees for incoming wires (Chase Bank/ Wachovia Bank: $25.00/ PayPal: 2.97% of deposit) will be deducted from the amount of refund. If refunded by wire there will be an additional outgoing wire fee of $25 deducted; If refunded by check there will be a $10 postage fee (certified/registered postage fee) deducted from the refund.
