[2] Place a Bid / Make an Offer

Login to your account. Search 1000s of salvage vehicle listings. Simply click on the "Place a Bid" button to make an offer on a vehicle. After placing your bid, continuously check the status on My Bids.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your membership has been activated. Please follow the instructions in the Terms of Sale Policy to activate your membership. IVACars.com cannot present your bid at the insurance auction if you have not activated your membership.

[3] Notify Highest Bidder

If your bid was the highest offer at the end of the bid/offer acceptance period, you will be notified by e-mail. You will be required to send your security deposit or make payment at one of our locations by 11:00AM EST(see our Terms of Sale Policy for payment options).

[4] Present Offer

Once your deposit is received, IVACars.com will present the offer at the insurance auction. The insurance company can take up to 2 business days to approve the offer. Once the insurance company approves the offer, you will be notified by e-mail.

[5] Purchase Vehicle

You will be required to pay the complete balance within 72 hours. Please note that if the insurance company does not accept your offer, you will be notified and your full deposit will be refunded to you, or you may apply it to another offer.
